You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Please include your order number when contacting us.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Contact our customer service with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
