Shipping Policy

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment;
• Pre-order items: shipped according to the dispatch time stated on the product page;
• Order processing: Monday to Friday (business days); orders placed on public holidays are processed on the next working day;
• International delivery: generally 7–15 business days after dispatch (depending on the destination country/region).

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over $99 qualify for standard free shipping (excluding certain regions). For orders below the threshold, shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout — no hidden fees.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the latest status anytime on the “My Orders” page or on the carrier’s website. Every order ships with a trackable tracking number.

Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT or other clearance fees when entering the destination country/region. These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and depend on what is actually incurred at clearance. If you have any questions, we recommend checking your local customs regulations in advance.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Delays

• Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If an incorrect address causes failed delivery or a return, the re-shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
• In case of delays caused by extreme weather, customs inspections or other uncontrollable factors, we will keep you informed by email;
• If your parcel has not arrived for a long time, please contact the carrier first, or reach out to our online customer service for assistance.
